Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced PHP Laravel Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to contribute to our dynamic development team. As a Laravel Developer at Grow Digital Care, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, test, and deploy high-quality PHP Laravel applications.
2. Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective solutions.
3. Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
4. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
5. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
6. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and mentor junior developers.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in PHP development with a strong emphasis on Laravel.
2. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
3. Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
4. Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
5. Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and continuous integration.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
9. Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with RESTful API development.
2. Knowledge of other PHP frameworks.
3. Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
4. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
